Documentation: Argument update

I provide you the patch for argument advanced help.

I added/changed following things:
* Basic Validation as argument handler, PHP NULL Value to invalidate
* Intro: PHP code default => default argument PHP code

To me this would clearly answer at least two general question i was unsure about.
